Challenge
Orix sought a transformation that would enhance the agility of their teams, improve lines of communication, break down silos, build the relationship between teams and enhance delivery and prioritisation systems. The challenge was to uplift team performance across the board, improve processes, unify documentation and ensure that the technical delivery met strategic objectives—all without the need for personnel changes.
Outcome
We implemented a three-pronged strategy. First, we applied our proprietary team insight tool to guide individual teams through tailored agility transformation and training programs, boosting productivity without altering team composition. Second, we conducted product inception workshops to help teams refine their ideas, align on design, and articulate product goals. Lastly, we managed the technical and project delivery process to ensure timely and a high-standard of product delivery was achieved consistently across each release.
Results
