APM is a global leader in human services, specialising in employment, health, and rehabilitation. Its 'Employable Me' program focuses on breaking down employment barriers and championing diversity and inclusion. By providing tailored learning resources, APM empowers individuals to secure meaningful employment.

Outcome

Together, No Moss and APM developed a new modular, adaptable digital platform for Employable Me that supports APM's wide range of programs, from employment to health and training. This robust platform is future-proofed, enabling easy localisation for global markets with multi-language support. Prioritising a mobile-first approach, it meets a high standard of accessibility (WCAG AA) ensuring inclusivity for all users.

Moreover, the platform delivers high-quality and sustainable content management by:

  • Enabling alternative learning pathways
  • Embedding analytics for data collection on platform improvement
  • Maintainability in-house by APM's team

Launched successfully in the Canadian market, the platform demonstrated the ability to empower participants to re-enter the workforce within weeks. The product's effectiveness and scalability set the stage for ongoing success in diverse regions.

Results

The new Employable Me platform has:

  • Significantly enhanced participant access to services and improved program outcomes
  • Equipped consultants to offer better support
  • Enabled program managers to meet requirements and secure new contracts

The platform has already expanded internationally and is set to launch in three additional countries. It has also been instrumental in winning government contracts and is on track for Australian government RFFR compliance, while centrally managing a global learning content library.
