Chippit is a community-powered peer-to-peer app that allows members to access affordable credit. It enables users to access funding through trusted connections with friends and family. The platform aims to expand its market share by offering a seamless and credible savings experience.
Challenge
Chippit needed to enhance its experience design to boost market traction and thereby increase market share. The app faced low user trust, requiring the integration of more trust markers and improved user experience to build credibility.
Outcome

Using insights from the Design Sprints - a methodology for validating risky business assumption and prioritise the most valuable features with target users, No Moss collaborated with Chippit’s in-house development team to implemented the most valuable improvements. The project also provided recommendations on technical feasibility for next horizon technology roadmap - such as social logins, open banking, personalisation, search and AI-powered chat functionalities, providing direction for the next phase of product development.
