We are a multi-disciplinary consultancy specialising in agile, technology and product. Since our inception, we’ve also incubated a computer games studio. We serve everyone from one-person startups to the ASX20.
Our purpose
Is our people's purpose; and we've designed our organisation to be driven by the purpose of the individuals who make up our ecosystem. We do this because we believe that purpose-driven people make the workplace more human.
Why did we start No Moss?
We believe that empathy and compassion are the key skills of the future. We believe that people do their best work when they have purpose, and opportunity for mastery and self-direction. We believe in an ecosystem mental model of an organisation, where people can be radically transparent, bring the whole of themselves to work, and continuously converse to create an emergent purpose.
No Moss Co is a collective of humanist, socially responsible, executives, directors, engineers, coaches, learners and problem solvers who have an aligned purpose toward collectively progressing human endeavour.
