**James O’Toole (He/Him/His)**
James is the Tech Director and Co-founder of No Moss based in Sydney. His purpose and passion is to create psychologically safe environments for teams to flourish. When James is not at the computer you'll find him in his garden growing his own veggies, or enjoying the bush neigbouring his backyard. He loves anything tech, games, movies, and plants.

Eric Liu

Eric is a Lead Developer based in Sydney with 4+ years experience in designing, implementing and refining software solutions. His purpose in life is to make the journey smoother and is passionate about about fostering engaged DevOps culture and teams. You can talk to him about online games, playing the cello, scary moments in his life, being Christian and his favourie foods.

**Jennifer Barker (She/Her/Hers)**
Jen is the personal development coach to our people and she is based in Sydney. Her life purpose is to help people develop self-awareness as the key to fulfilment. She holds space for us to share the deep stuff, encourages us to celebrate our greatness and calls bulls*it when no one else will. She’s also from Manchester England so can sometimes sound like a member of Oasis.

**Ryan Foster (He/Him/His)**
Ryan is a Software Developer based in Sydney with an embedded background, trying to break free into a full-stack world. Consumer of too much caffeine and a strong advocate that you're never too old for Nintendo, he enjoys problem solving in any form - even if it's debugging code for hours!

Edwina is our COO with 15+ years in operations and company management across industries including architecture, agile, tech and theatre. Her purpose is to strive for sustainable business practices that put people and planet first. Edwina loves to be outdoors in nature and to travel on her own steam - she cycled from London to Athens in 2018. With a self-confessed obsession with patterns, colours and dramatic landscapes, Edwina delights in noticing the play of light and the shadow patterns they create in the world around her.

**Hugh Blackall (He/Him/His)**
Hugh is a tech lead based in Sydney. He has a passion for music and plays the guitar. We have been lucky enough to hear some of his own compositions during team meetings. His life purpose is to be a trusted shepherd of tech and make the world a better place.

**Matt Anglicas**
Matt is a CODA (Child of a Deaf Adult) and product designer. He grew up with a life of visual languages, not only with the beauty and expressive tone of Sign Language but also through his passion for design. He has over a decade of experience as a multi-disciplinary designer. With a strong foundation in graphic design, to interior, multi-media and product design, he enjoys exploring creative opportunities across disciplines, enriching his design capabilities.

He is passionate about critical and creative thinking and how we communicate through design. His purpose is to 'never quit his daydream'; that is to constantly be in pursuit of his aspirations."

**Duc Nguyen (He/Him/His)**
Hello hello! I am a Software Developer here at No Moss, who really enjoys learning new things and solving problems. I am also a big fan of games, from physical to digital, and have been passionate about Media since I was super young!

**Ryan Sickles**
Ryan is a Software Developer, interested in consciousness, VR and the ethical uses for technology. He prefers directionless movement through fluid-dimensional spaces than long walks on the beach. There's less sand. His life purpose is to become a better consultant and become a VR experience designer.

**Keng Chen**
Keng is our Agility Director based in Sydney. He has helped numerous leading institutions over the past 10+ years improve services to their core customer base; by ways of understanding customer needs, uplifting internal processes or implementing technology in a cohesive manner to create better outcomes. His life purpose is to continually explore the world at large. To always be curious, never be satisfied, and to grow and support those around him.

**Paul Tran**
Paul is the Director of Product Development at No Moss, and leads our Melbourne office. His 14 year career spans IT Strategy, Infrastructure and Architecture, Software Engineering and Digital Mobile Product Strategy and Development. Working across a wide scale of clients from early-startups, not-for-profits through to large enterprises, he’s helped articulate their strategy and supported their teams to plan and launch new products & services. His purpose is to achieve happiness and fulfilment by spending valuable time with the people he cares about, and grow them to do great things for society and humanity. He is passionate about product strategy and delivery, mobile software developement, flying planes and Cuban dancing.

**Virgil Cameron**
Virgil is a digital product designer, based in Melbourne, who has worked for over two decades with User Experience Design, Interaction Design and User Interface design. Virgil has maintained a keen focus throughout his career on weaving meaningful narratives into product strategies and experiences, and facilitating collaborative user-centered design. In recent years he has championed Design Thinking and agile UX, driven process change, managed and inspired teams, guided creative direction and mentored User Experience designers.

**Claire Wade**
Claire is our Operations Coordinator/Account Administrator.
Claire is our broadcaster of Happiness and Positivity . Her passion making a difference to the world starting with Mental Wellbeing.
Claire tries to live life as positively as possible to soak up every bit of joy and happiness the world has to offer. Claire is a mum to 3 beautiful children, quality time with family is what she enjoys most.

**Belinda Thieu-Quang**
Hi! I’m BT (aka Belinda, aka Bich Thuy). I am an Agile Coach. I’m a curious soul and a scientist at heart. I work with individuals and teams to design and implement experiments around their ways of working. I am passionate about making learning safe and fun, to empower individuals to try new ways of work and make continuous improvements.

Ankita is highly motivated Lead Engineer with 5+ years experience in leading large-scale projects and overseeing teams and overall 15 years as an Engineer. Her purpose in life is constant learning and passionate about lean engineering principles and enriching solution design and architecture. Ankita loves to be outdoors in nature, you will either find running or maybe hiding somewhere quiet reading a book with a glass full of wine.

**Lance Young**
Lance is one of our Lead Developers based in Sydney, specialising in DevOps and Cloud-based Technologies. With a rich background working in DevSecOps, Lance has honed his skills collaborating closely with small to large Australian organisations to enable positive impact.
Recognising that technology is just one piece of the puzzle, Lance has discovered a genuine passion for bridging gaps between traditionally siloed departments such as security, business, product, and software engineering, offering solutions that leverage automation to streamline processes while ensuring key decisions involve and empower people.
Beyond the digital realm, Lance has recently moved to Bondi and is attempting to assimilate with the local way of life, trying to both master the art of surfing and embracing a health-conscious approach by even attempting to add more kale to his plate.

Meet Mike: a developer in training with a background in the financial markets and capital raisings. An avid sci-fi/fantasy fanatic & a keen volleyballer who desperately wants middle earth to exist. Spends more time online than any other line.

Calvin Simpfendorfer

Calvin is a Software Developer in the Delivery Practice. He loves to bring joy, and create environments where others feel comfortable. He enjoys playing piano, eating apples, and fixing things. He doesn't normally speak in third person, but he'll make an exception for his No Moss bio page.
