Our vision as a collective is to demonstrate that a purpose driven group of people can create incredible world changing outcomes; and inspire other organisations to do the same.
We’re eager to share, fellow-journey and otherwise partner with as many organisations as possible to put people at the heart of the value they create in the world.
If we can create an example of how to do this; it will feel different. We are then obligated to pass that feeling on, in formats such as:
founding other companies
connecting to like-minded organisations
supporting our people in moving to other places or creating new places
writing, talking, meeting, talking, blogging, vlogging, connecting, laughing, refining it
Together with others outside our organisation; bringing it back home and refining our approach to all of this; and then talking about that refinement again, forever and ever.
